Gil Tadmor is a highly respected industry leader and entrepreneur with an extensive record in transforming concepts into working products. Gil has a unique combination of executive management, technical expertise, and go-to-market skills that have contributed to the success of many technology teams and entrepreneurs ranging in size from few individuals through large groups upwards of 500 personnel. With a passion for innovating and empowering, Gil has been mentoring and advising entrepreneurs and technologists in aligning their creative ideas with the right products and solutions while addressing current needs in target markets. Gil currently serves as a Technology Commercialization Panel Member at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (APL). Before launching Radiant Digital Ventures Studio, Gil held numerous CTO positions in public and private sector companies. He served as a mentor for the entrepreneurship program at the University of Maryland’s Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship. He was also an original executive member of a venture-backed startup building next-gen optical networking equipment culminating in a $1.14B IPO. Gil holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology in Haifa.
